She made several suggestions to improve the business, including creating guidebooks for all suites, purchasing supplies as needed, and adjusting all prices every month as was appropriate. If the city laws change and we are able to rent multiple units on a short-term basis again, Barnett Management will receive the first call to continue their great work!”

Helene was very responsive when we first contacted her regarding an available property. She offered several times for a showing and was accommodating with our schedule with respect to work duties and a small child. She was efficient in finalizing a lease so that we could move in quickly and helped us get acquainted with the neighborhood. The property was well maintained, and when small issues came up Kenny was there in the blink of an eye to assess, fix, or arrange for a contractor. One phone call is all it took, not multiple follow ups or back and forth. When weather alerts for storms or unusually cold temperatures were forecasted, they made sure to check on their tenants to ensure all was ok. We HIGHLY recommend this team. You will be treated like family, such a treat and a rarity these days.”

While I lived on their property, Helene promptly answered texts, performed quarterly evaluations of the property to check for termites, let us know when we had packages outside, and went above and beyond what a normal landlord would do. Even after I moved, she held onto mail for me and was regularly helpful. But more than that, she is incredibly kind and friendly to her tenants and all her neighbors.
